This optional tour is offered during the 2007 International Rally - move in weekend prior to the start.
Limit of 90 people.
You can arrive at the fairgrounds as early as Friday, June 29, 2007.
Bus transportation will be provided for this day excursion. We will arrive at the Notre Dame Campus for our extensive walking tour of the complex. Stops will include The Golden Dome, Basilica of the Sacred Heart, Hesburgh Library, Snite Museum of Art, Grotto of Lady of Lourdes, Notre Dame Stadium and time at the Bookstore. (Please wear comfortable shoes.) Next stop will be the College Football Hall of Fame. Here we will celebrate the legends and traditions of the game of college football through interactive exhibits and reflective galleries. We will enjoy the state-of-the-art displays, fun-filled challenges and the color and pageantry of the game. We are then off to the Studebaker Museum. Take a trip back in time to the days of settlers’ wagons. Relive a century of transportation history when you see the Studebaker-built carriages, wagons, cars and trucks on display in the museum. All admissions are included. Lunch will be on your own - there are plenty of places to eat during our stop at the Football Hall of Fame.|
